In Sateco, we support on-field practice with regular training through tutorials, meetings, and workshops.
We make sure that all our technicians will achieve the CICPnD certification for level II and III on main methods for non-destructive testing, according to ISO 9712 standard. This certification relates to magnetic particle inspections applied to welds and to surfaces of mechanical components, magneto-inductive testing on ropes, ultrasonic testing, the penetrant testing, and direct and remote visual inspecting. Specifically, the level III CICPnD certifies the high on-site experience in non-destructive testing and in writing control plans for lift systems.
We have added an engineer to our team who is certified according to UNI ISO 9927-1 and holds a qualification certificate issued by Vericert in Ravenna. Our in-house expert specialises in carrying out supplementary investigations and structural checks and calculating residual cycles for lifting equipment, as required by Ministerial Decree 11.04.2011, ANNEX II, point 2, Letter c.
This strategic choice has allowed us to guarantee operational flexibility and technical expertise at various levels of intervention for many years.
